Hi Friends! My name is Morgan. I started practicing yoga three years ago after finishing ten years of competitive swimming. It was a place for me to release my stress and find myself again after so many years dedicated to being in a pool. I completed my RYT 200 in February 2016, and a standing acrobatics certification in August 2016. I had the pleasure of doing both of these with my partner and best friend, Keoni. I absolutely love sharing my passion of movement and how we can connect with ourselves and others on and off the mat. Some of my other passions outside of yoga include snuggling my wolf pup and bengal kitties, baking anything and everything, sticking my nose in good book, sipping a strong cup of english breakfast tea and rock climbing.
