YOGA BASICS: STRENGHT AND FLEXIBILITY
We will go back to BASICS.
What is Yoga? What are Asanas? How to properly enter and exit an Asana? How to breathe? How to create a FLOW? and, How can you be strong and flexible from Yoga?
All these whatS and howS will be answered on our 3 hours class.
You will be guided to work on proper warm up for easy access to Asanas. We will build up a FLOW that works on muscle strenght from head to foot.
By the end of the class i will share some recipes and plant based diet while we enjoy tea and snacks for atleast 30mins.
OPEN FOR EVERYBODY! Specially for those who are curious about what and how this practice REALLY works.
SO, have an open mind!
FREE Yoga mats and props to borrow.
What to bring and what to wear:
➡️Personal towel (just incase it gets really sweaty?)
➡️Personal water bottle
➡️Personal mat (optional)
➡️Wear comfortable clothes.
Remember to eat light meal before the class.
