Turn your world up side down. Feel lighter and overcome your fear. Join me on a 2.5hr of fun invertion. We will focus on the strength required to invert (go upside down).
Headstand (Salamba Sirsasana) & shoulder stand (Salamba Sarvangasana) will be covered on the workshop. You will be guided through alignment, techniques, proper modifications, and feel how to develop the power in your core strength. Inversions can be off putting for some, but this workshop will demystify them and help build confidence and understanding.
NO INVERSION EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY. THIS IS WHERE YOU COME TO LEARN.
