with Sheren Fua a fitness athlete, meal planner and a yoga teacher. Being
healthy is eating healthy. This activity plan for beginners and for who has taken an
extended leave of absence from training. We are combining yoga with Edna
at The YogiLab and right meal planning. Creating the right program that you
need for 8-12weeks depending on your choice.
Starting a program is one of the best things you can do for your health. Physical
activity can reduce your risk of chronic disease, improve your balance and
coordination, help you lose weight and even improve your sleep habits and
self-esteem. Our goal is to provide the right information and help you to be the
How does it work?
- * You can choose what program you would like to start, from 8 weeks to 12 weeks.
- * You need to email your current health informations (recent body photos, weight, health conditions and your goals) to email@example.com
- * You will receive a meal plan for the weeks plus a yoga schedule with Edna at The YogiLab. Extra exercises will be given as well to practice at home.
- * You need to track your progress every week. Weekly photos and weight
