FEATURED: The Yogilab Essentials
Remember the following:
- Eat light, hydrate and avoid acid meal atleast 1 ½ to 2 hours before the class.
- Show up early.
- Have and open mind and be fully present.
- No need for socks and gloves.
- Have a comfortable attire/outfit.
- Water bottle
- Personal yoga mat
- Personal yoga towel / blanket.
- Keep your cellphones off or set them on silent mode.
- If you have injuries, pregnant or any other problems, you need to inform your teacher.
- If you are late, please enter quietly and join the class.
- Ask your teacher if you do not understand the instructions.
- Remember that this is your own journey and practice
