What is Hatha Yoga – The word hatha actually means willful or forceful and refers to a set of postures that are designed to align the skin, the muscles, and the bones. They are designed to open the many channels of the body. It is an approach to yoga with exertion and physical effort. It is a gentle and basic yoga that focus on alignment, pranayama (breathing exercises) and relaxation techniques. A yoga class that introduce a gentle basic yoga postures. So whether you do not have any experience on yoga at all, this class will give you more understanding on poses (asanas), breathing and alignments. (beginner, All levels)
