What is Vinyasa Yoga- It is creative coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. It is a ‘moving meditation’. Vinyasa practice is often dynamic and requires the mind to focus. This increases flexibility, stamina and strength. So, expect to sweat! DNA (Dynamic Neat Asana) Vinyasa – A class that breathe synchronized with movements. A faster flow yoga.
